I know it worked recently. But i went in to edit my signature and upload a signature image and something is mucked up.
I done figured it out that if a poster has a personal image in his signature area, that fills the need for a default og image tag for posts with no default image defined when sharing to social media.
I'm using Googo FeedBurner to add forum posts to Twitter, and using Twitter to add to my Facebook Fan page. HootSuit publisher grabs posts from feedburner and sends them to Googo Plus. Posts with an image get that image included in social media sharing. But it looks kind of drab without an image. Here is my Facebook page (poster Cappnonymous has a personal image in the sig line)
Here is a screen grab of my signature edit area. Any suggestions?
As always, thanks for your help..

sorry, not following you at all... you have a signature there... and the ability to upload... what's the issue?
are you simply saying that images in signatures are filling OG reqs???? that sounds about right and valid... but something tells me thats not your point... just not getting... sorry...

Something happened to the tinymce editor, it's missing, unable to edit the signature. Clicking on upload photo just displays the allowed sizes etc. On Nov 20, 2013 10:55 PM, "Simple:Press Support" wrote:

Can you check the script console when you load the profile > signature panel to see if any errors are getting reported?
Good suggestion, yes there is this: [08:23:45.261] TypeError: jQuery(...).ajaxForm is not a function @ http://www.narumessenger.com/blog/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.10.2:7
Sorry but i have no clue what that means.

Have you turned it back on again to let it regenerate the file?
That breaks it again.
Yesterday i ran repair on the databases etc in the toolbox. And did rebuild both of those cache files with no help.

Something must be different. Perhaps an updated plugin that uses the AjaxForm library - like Contact 7 does (as an example). Might be worth checking (a) where the Ajaxform script is being loaded from in the html source and (b) if there s a new referebce for it on a page load in some new inline script.
