Hello i forgot how to i adjust sig height please help.
Alsowhere would i find the spveiwtopicsignature.php to edit sig height

In the theme template spTopicView.php in the templates folder of your SP theme. Locate the signature function - sp_PostIndexUserSignature() and change the maxHeightBottom value.
Not sure what 'spveiwtopicsignature.php' is?
As always we recommend that you create your own SP theme so that any customisation is not lost during a future update. (http://codex.simple-press.com/.....g-a-theme/)

okay im not sure how to navigate to it, does it navigate like this below.
wp-content/plugins/simplepress/forum/ lost from here please advise sry.

To get the first part done go to the forum admin > Themes > Theme editor and load up the template from there to edit it.
To find out WHERE your theme is go to forum admin > Integration > Storage Locations. Or - go to forum admin > Themes > Available Themes and it displays it at the top of the panel.

Okay cool i found spTopicView.php in template files on sp them editor.
I changed 50 to 250 but forum sig picture did not change position as yet, should i click something to save change.
