Hi Andy,
I think I can make you reproduce it...
Under the [Menu & Icons] [General settings] [Drop-downmenu] you can choose between "Wordpress Pages" or one of Wordpress' new 3.x menu's.
When you choose a pre-defined menu the bug should show.

I can see what the issue is but can not immediately see a way around it. But I have only spent a couple of minutes finding the cause so early days.
We need to talk this over here and I will get back to you.

How well does this work? I struggle with access to the current V4.4.5 'live' forum with my iPhone and I know that quite a few of our members are probably doing the same. I will be switching over to v5 soon and thought that I might have a look at WPtouch before building the new site/forum.
Jackey would you consider posting a few screen shots of how work/things look if the Admin team don't mind. It strikes me that the author of WPtouch Pro is a good guy to work with.
