when I click on install:
Simple:Press can not create sub-folders under wp-content. Please assign correct permissions and re-run the install
What should I do?

I am afraid the answer to that is follow what it says. The folder permissions on wp-content need to be made writable. That would normally be 755 on folders. This can usually be done with the file manager component of your hosting control panel or any decent ftp client. I believe there are some tutorials on the WP codex site about this as it is a common requirement for many, many plugins and themes.
