The only thing left is to get the breadcrumbs looking like what you guys have. The way it is now, it creates a new line for each level. I'd really like to have the way you all have. I did a search but it seems a bit over my head. Any keen advice like you just did with walking me through the steps with taking things out?

Actually the best way to remove the RSS is to use the menu item in forum admin > Forums section to remove them all. Removing the display functions only, can mean that a user could still get your posts via RSS if they know the URL. By disabling them in the admin panel, that effectively stops that happening,

Thanks for that hint. Just curious...is there any reason we would not want someone to have the RSS feed? I don't want to have the buttons on the site since it gets to cluttered, but I wouldn't mind posting the RSS feed elsewhere for people to use if they want to (for those so technically inclined). Just wondering if you are saying that there could be a downsize to having an RSS feed?
Also, if you all could point me in the right direction about creating breadcrumbs like you all have, that would be great. I did a search on the forums, but there are a lot of posts and the few that I read didn't seem to have a kind of step-by-step instruction.

only reason not to have rss feeds is if you have private forums... by nature, rss feeds are open to public and viewable off site...
we do have rss feed keys if you have rss feeds you want to keep private...

but do remember, we change our styles here frequently, and just did a theme refresh a few months ago, so may not match exactly, though the concept is the same...
