Thanks again. I will use these points when explaining to our moderators how they will no longer see other mod pawd comments in the admin bar view. That's what we call our squad of moderators, the mod pawd.
But if I can beat that horse just one more time, where will I find said "quicktags" again? I must be having a senior moment...

I think once admins and mods get used to 'tag teaming' the postbag to ensure posts get an answer and then using the quicklinks to see any posts they have not read, they will be quite happy...
of course, let us know of any difficulties

Thanks for jarring the ol' noggin' ... I thought that might be what you were referring to but the only reference to quicktags in these forums and the codex is the various new editor plugins.
I'll stop trying to up my top poster status here now.
