What can I do in this case. Only getting errors after click on Options in the forum-profile. The same on usergroups and permissions.

There can be various reasons for this condition but all of them will probably need the assistance of your hosting support. It sounds like they have tried to restrict your server environment too tightly for a WordPress site. You need to talk to them...
