I have a single forum site but when I click the option to "Skip Group View On Single Forum Sites", it doesn't work. When someone clicks on the link for the forum, they are still getting the main group view, then have to drill down to the forum. I have cleared my host and browser cache and the issue still remains. Maybe other people are having the same problem? Could something else be overriding this?

Ok I just switched it on and off again about 5 or 6 times testing it, and now it works all of a sudden. Seems like it wasn't sticking for some reason. Not sure why that was. Weird.

are you using a WP cache plugin of any sort?

My site is running on WPEngine hosting and they cache automatically. They don't allow caching plugins as they handle all that for you. I logged into the host and cleared the cache.

cache automatically? cache what?? they should have a way to disable the cache on certain pages - especially if the page is always dynamic...
