It appears that you both use some the same functions in sp_activate, sp_deactivate, and sp_uninstall. Could you change this function name so that there is no conflict with this plugin?

Well when there are thousands of plugins being written it was only a matter of time!
I'll say 'probably' now bit we'll talk it over and see what we can come up with
