so are you sure your account is still an admin? changing the user id shouldnt matter - provided how ever you did it move the rest of your wp user data too...
are you listed as admin in the stats? can you see the rest of the admin panels?
might try uninstalling the admin bar plugin and reactivating...

I still have the permalinks broken problem.
The redirection isn't the problem i think. I don't understand why, sometimes, the links are broken... To fix it, i need to use the permalinks
and page section.

which permalink are you using?
this seems to imply that another plugin is also altering the permalink rewrite rules perhaps... and not flushing them properly when adding theirs so other plugins can add theirs... do you know of any that might do that?
what about redirection plugins - running any?

I don't think i have a plugin that do that. Perhaps better WP security ? I don't know.
I have the plugin "redirection". Is there a known problem with this plugin ?

Redirection plugin: Yes there can be a problem. Make sure that you exclude the forum slug (/fiorum-mana-earth) from any redirection. There should be an option to set this up.

some wp plugins for redirection are overly greedy assuming page content is static... the forum page is dynamic...
so check the redirection plugin settings and see what pages its currently working on... make sure the forum page is not in the list, or better yet, tell it to ignore the forum page in the settings...
