is there anyway to have an auto sort of most recent of a group of forums?

i know and have selected post most recent in the individual forums but if i have a group of forums, is there a way that the forum with the most recent post will be on the top of the list?

Do you mean in the 'Group View' - the listing of groups with forums below each one? If that IS what you mean then I am afraid not. I don't think we have ever been asked for that before either...

It would probably be something that could be done with a filter (standard WP style) bity I would have to check in to that...

Don't you think it might confuse users?
