the only real difference I see is in the font size... and its because of your wp theme...
when logged in, it is forcing a
body, body * {font-size: 12px !important;}
styling on the page... that styling is NOT present when you are not logged in...
Now, I said your theme, but it may actually be a plugin that is dong that... some sort of js or plugin is adding that inline as its not part of a css file... perhaps you login plugin?
If its doing it only in IE, then it might have some special IE processing as we are sometimes forced to deal with the non compliant IE browser...

OK, this is some "small" adjustments, so I think I´m ready to move from one forum to THE forum. Thank you very much for such a great forum plugin and excellent support. This is really GREAT!
