Spoiler in signatures

Hi, 

actually i have a problem with the spoiler functionality of tinymce editor.

When i use it into the body of the message it works fine, otherwise if I use it in my signature it doesn't work but the result is the spoiler tag within my text.

Spoilers, and shortcode in general, won't work in signatures... They weren't designed to handle those..

I guess we can add it to the list for future consideration, but this is the first request for such behavior...
