The quotes have been reported to not be working properly on the "Stacked Theme" since the upgrade.
For me and my tests it has worked out fine but for some of the others it has not. Can it be possible that it doesn't work for some browsers or Cell phones since the update?
They claim that it worked perfectly before the upgrade.
Any thoughts?

Well of course the editor has also been updated but we don't have a generally known or reported problem with them. Any chance you could narrow it down a bit to see what browsers these people are using? See if there is any common denominator?

yes, its possible an issue on mobiles... the new version uses the wp built in tinymce editor instead of our own version... and wp says it works on mobile devices so its no enabled when it did not use to be... its possible the quoting is not working on mobiles, but that would seem odd... so yeah, if you can track down any commonalities between your users, it would be helpful...
