and after you deactivated and reactivated simple press did you check the cron inspector and see if it was still running?
I can give you some code to make it run on all forum pages if you like so you get some updates...

Here is the picture of the cron page after reactivation. After I do it, statistic gets updated, but then doesn't change by itself. I have to do reactivation again to updated.

Well there is no picture attached but it doesn't really need to be there as I know what it looks like!
I would suggest you run this simple test. Write a blog post and instead of publishing it immediately set it to be published in, say, 10 minutes. Then come back after that time has passed and check to see if it gets published. This will simply show if the WP cron sub-system is working or not.

so in the list, there is no sph_stats_cron...
so same panel, in the add cron section, enter interval hourly and enter hook of sph_stats_cron... then add... and check the list again... is it in there?
