Hi guys.
I have no idea why, but this is what is happening to my site.
I always had the forum avatars which were WP avatars as well.
Out of a sudden, in Firefox those avatars are gone! They are still in SP, but they do not appear anymore in comments, authors and so forth.
In the WP admin panel ---> Users, each member had their small photo near their names. Gone!
Instead of the pictures, there is a logo G (Gravatar). If I right click that image and choose "View image", the link to it goes to http://0.gravatar.com/avatar/6.....0&r=g
But ONLY in Firefox! In Chrome everything works perfectly.

As you can see, FF shows that G. In Chrome, the author and the guy who post the comment have the picture loaded as avatar in SP.
I cleared every possible cache (browser and W3TC), still nothing. I was running FF 39.0, I upgraded to 40.0 beta, still nothing...
Do you guys have an idea about it?
I tried everything in my power, I ran out of ideas...

Actually I only see the default gravatar 'G' using Chrome as well.
Has anything changed on the site? Updates to WP, Theme or any relevant plugins?
I don't believe it is anything to do with us but can you let me know your forum Avatar settings and also your WP Avatar Settings just so we can make sure.

Hmmm...
Andy, I updated the WP theme and there were some issues with the navigation bar.
One of the boys went in and commented out something... Could it be that?
I haven't changed anything, the settings for the avatars in WP and SP are still exactly the same.
I just found out that NO pop up windows in SP works either... No member profile, no most recent topics, nothing...

The only popup from the forum that I can access as a guest (the policy at the bottom) is coming up just fine.
And the gravatars are back on the link you posted at the top of this thread.
Yesterday your pages were taking an age to load and this morning they are much speedier. I am wondering if the gravatar.com calls were just timing out.

Unbelievable...
The pop up windows (Members profiles) now work for me as well. I just cannot see the avatars in the articles like here: http://www.irsa-stringers.com/.....rita-pula/
For the author (Marco Serra) there is still that bloody G...
But a friend from Italy just told me he sees everything perfectly!
So I guess it's a problem with Cloudflare, probably the server in Sydney has got some problems...
I cleared the cache in Cloudflare, hopefully it will work OK for me as well.
