The update did not remove any data.

I asked you to check the forum permissions (Manage permissions) to tell me if they are all intact and correct and you have not answered.

Yep all are correct. I have see in Error Log and i have this message :

I have look MySQL and effectively, the post / message are deleted. I dont know why !!!

I am sorry to hear that. I can assure you there is nothing in the upgrade that would remove any forum, topic or post data - we would be in trouble with everyone if such a thing happened.
