Perhaps i missed this part: Is there a way to subscribe to all new posts not only the one i startet? But this must be by optin not as a general setting.

You can subscribe to a topic using the subscribe/unsubscribe button like you see below my post here.

You can also subscribe to a forum which will send you updates on any new topic/post in a forum. That is done under your profile subscriptions tab. Subscribing to forums is also controlled in the Forum Admin > Components - Subscriptions panel and is also set for each permission in Forum Admin > Permissions - Manage Permissions.
