I need help!!! 🙁

I need to pop in here and ask where do you turn on the Automatic Subscribe?

"When you turn on auto-subscribe in the admin > Options > Members Settings panel you are setting a default on on for users. As it states, this will only effect new users after the option is enabled."

I have been in there seems a thousand times and there is no option to click to turn that on.

On any of my forum I don't even see a button that says Subscribe or Watch. I have looked and looked where to turn this on. They don't show at the top like yours does here or after the Submit Reply button like yours does here. Nor as Options next to the smileys.
