Subscription Emails Are Not Working!!!

Please help. I have everything configured properly as far as I can see. 

I have a test account set up that is subscribed to topics. Not receiving notifications when new posts are made to the topic in which this test account is subscribed.

Are any email notices working for admins or PMs or Report Post?

Yes, I receive emails. However, the other two admins are not receiving notifications. One of them reported receiving the digest. 

Thanks for your response. My CEO is all over me to get this working.

To clarify: Yes, I am an admin and yes, I am receiving emails. However, the other admins are not. Neither are the members.  My goal is to have all members receive emails when someone adds a new topic to the forum.

All the subscriptions work as an opt in kinda thing. Each user has to 'subscribe' to topics or forums.

In the forum Admin section "Your Admin Options" each admin can globally select if they want to receive emails of new posts.

A regular user can subscribe to a topic and you can set "Allow members to subscribe to forums in addition to topics" to on in Forum Admin > Components - Subscriptions.
Then the user can go into his profile settings and manage which forums he wants to subscribe to.

Yes, I understand about users having to go in and subscribe under profile subscriptions. This has been done. I've done this with a test user. Doesn't work. Not receiving emails for topics in forums or replies to topics.

 

Additionally, I have three admins set up and global settings set for admins to receive notifications when topics are posted to forum. Not working. I am the only admin receiving the emails. 

Please help. 

I have attached screenshots of my settings panel. As well as one of my admins subscription settings that is not currently receiving email notifications. We've checked spam and junk folders as well. Yes I understand all that. I have a test user subscribed to my forum and users subscribed to various topics .

They are not receiving email notifications to the forums or topics they are subscribed to.

Neither is my test user.

What could be causing this?

Would you like access to my forum to view settings?

the actual emails are sent by wp... and a constant problem for users (just check the wp forums) especially on share hosting...  often the use of an smtp plugin (we recommend HGK SMTP) helps alleviate it..

lets talk admins first... there is no global setting for getting notifications... each admin must elect to receive them on the admin options panel...  forum - admins - your admin options...  the screenshot in post 6 is YOUR election to receive them but is not global (note the title of the panel)...

on subscriptions, you have enabled digests... so you wont get notifications on posts... only one per day based on your options...  so has it been a day yet??  you either get every post or a digest which is a list of topics with new posts you subscribed to...

I have it narrowed down to approximately a week ago my email notifications were working correctly.  I have not made any changes to the site or the smtp plugin I have been using.  

The behavior that I am getting is similar to the gentleman that started this topic.  Only 18 emails are being sent out of 70+ that are registered to receive the email updates.  I use a gmail account to distribute the notifications.  I have spent a couple of hours looking for a solution.

I would appreciate any sort of trouble shooting you'd recommend.
