The button is not appearing Subscriptions for members, administrators only.
How can I solve?

Being allowed to subscribe is a permission so you will need to turn the permission on (Admin > Permissions) for those permission/usergroup combinations that apply.

I am having the same problem but not sure what to do. What do I select under Permissions in order to allow my members to see the Subscribe button. All I see under Permissions are the following options:
- Manage Permission Sets
- Add New Permission Set
- Reset Permissions
- Add New Authorization

you want to manage permission sets... you will see a bunch of different groupings of permissions.. for the ones you are giving your users, just add the permission to subscribe...
