Support Forum
Hi guys, I'm having a specific issue having to do with strange thread names appearing that look like HTML-escaped text. But that's not what this post is about.
I've hired WPCurve to help me support my site, and I typically ask them to tackle specific issues like this and recommend and/or implement repairs as necessary.
WPCurve support staff may or may not have Simple:Press support accounts. I guess I'll find that out soon enough.
But, should they need to access these forums, what's the best way I can get them access? In other words, for a point issue like this, could I temporarily give them my account info while they work through this issue, and then change my password back so you're not giving out "free" support on a shared account essentially, because that wouldn't be fair to you guys.
At the same time, it does seem a bit extravagant to buy them a full just for the occasional issue I need them to tackle.
Just looking for your guidance here...didn't want to assume anything and I'm happy to abide by whatever you feel is the right approach.
Thanks!
yes, they can use your account if needed..
