Do you have a list of the browsers which are supported? It actually would be helpful to know which browsers older versions are not supported. We have had a number of users state that they do not use the forum because it does not work on their system that they use at work due to the age of the operating system and browser. I believe that these are windows XP users and their browser versions are constrained somewhat by the limitations of their office.

It would be very helpful if I could actually let them know which versions are supported.

This really comes down to Internet Explorer I assume.

SP is tested on V9 and V10 but also should be Ok with V8. I don't think we can vouch for V7 however and, interestingly, I believe you will find that the WP dev team will say the same for WordPress itself now.
And anything earlier than V7 (and in my humble opinion V7 as well) is just beyond being even amusing any more.

I know that there are companies out there still holding on to V6 (and V7 if their employees are lucky) and they really are doing the world a great disservice by doing so. But just last week I know Steve was doing some development that took a day for everything and then another whole day just to get it to work as expected on IE - and THAT was V9. The quicker we can shed this demon the better!

Now I myself am a Mac user and as such have no access to IE so if I have got anything above wrong then I am sure Steve will step in and correct me.
