My forum is almost complete 
Thanks for the amazing support and custom theme.
I have noticed 2 things and I think it is not supposed to work like that.
When ordering topic or adding a date. When I double click on 1 then the number shows but when I type a number I can't see what I'm typing. Also for adding timestamp.

And the last thing is when I subscribe or watch a topic the displayed button stays on 0 is that normal? (This also counts on the simple press forum itself I tried watching a topic and it stays 0 here too).

Looks like we may have some sort of problem with those first two. These areas are just so little used by people that it can be a while before they are found! So apoloigiues there - they will be investigated and hopefully we will be in time to fix things up for 5.5.3
As to the Watch and Subscribed buttons then the zero simple means there are no new posts you need to look at. When new posts are made to those topics you are watching then the count shows you how many there are that you have not yet read.
