Has this been resolved? The same thing has happened to my forum. See example here: http://premiumwebservices.co.u.....ld-themes/
All the text has disappeared. I have tried disabling all plugins etc. but nothing seems to work.
Any help would be appreciated.

this single occurrance? not yet, but I highly doubt that is the issue you are having...
can you look in your error log for more info - suspect the error is being supressed (which is good)...
or go to wp - settings - reading and enable the smiley conversion... should fix it up... and will be fixed so you can disable in day or two with a new release...

Yes - hands up - it was my fault!
I tapped into the WP core code for smiley conversion without realising that it was, in fact, an option.

Actually Eric I was waiting for you to come back (see post 10 on this thread).
But - have you tried Steve's suggestion in post 12. It doesn't seem to me to fit the symptoms but it is worth a try.

I did send along those access details via PM - please let me know if you don't see that. I'll go check the smiley conversion - who knows? I'll come back and say something only if it happens to fix it. 🙂
