Is there an option where a member can add their contact number so we can send out text messages, if so please let us know how to add this (Step by Step Please.)

We just want our members to be able to add their contact number somewhere. On Their Profile.

And can there be a text message sent automatically when a Mod. or Admin. make a post.

you can use the custom profile fields plugin to add additional items to the user profile...
send a text message?? no... but admins and mods can get an email for any new post...
