I'm getting this in my admin bar and really don't know how to deal with it.  I've searched the forum and can't find a post.  Does anyone know about this?

the sp admin bar?  It means you have the admin postbag active but you are not moving unread or posts in moderation from the postbag itself...  If you let the postbag grow to big, it will negatively impact your performance...

are you sure its in the admin bar?  in the general forum?   sounds like you have the admin bar plugin activate you are not actually using the admin bar, so its continuing to grow in size as new posts are made...
