The requested topic does not exist

Hi,
I made a new topic on my forum. When I tried to go back into it to edit some of it I get the message "The requested topic does not exist" but I can clearly see and click on the title of the topic in the forum it is located under.
Is there any way to resolve this and if not is there a way to recover my post so I can paste it again and make a new topic?

any particular reason why you have set the slug to your wp page the forum is on to forum-2?? is that the proper page on forum - integration - page and permalink? while on that panel, would be worth updating the forum permalink...
