I am using latest version of simple press with latest versions of plugins, on wp 3.3.1.
But i have following issues,
1. On any theme some where search bar and topics/forum dropdownn get double bordered boxes, sometimes under a topic, and sometimes on main page.
2. Font-resizer doesnt work correctly
3. When i enable some of plugins, say 3-4 plugins this works fine , but after a certain number of plugins my components on page start getting disappeared, means sidebar, then another sidebar, then my posts page, and only forum header is left as in attached image, and the moment i disable 1 plugin components start coming back. please suggest some solution, earlier things were working, but as i kept updating with simple-press updates so i am not sure what is causing this

cant really tell anything from an image... need a link to inspect the html and/or css... something from your wp theme likely bleeding through...
more details on font resizer please... first report by anyone of issues... any errors in your console (assuming firefox and firebug or other browser and their debugger)...
please explain further 'start getting disappeared'? page start? something on backend or front end?

I have done some testing, Hit & trial 🙂 and found that following plugins have conflict with SImple-Press Plugins.

When i enable buddy press link with all plugins of Simple-Press Activated, nothing is displayed from Forum.
When I enable WP-Dtree plugin and a widget with it, with all plugins of Simple-Press Activated it works fine on groups and forums pages of Simple-Press but on Single topic page output is crashed, and not correct.
And Sometimes on forums and groups pages this happen also, but not always.

Artifacts like the double line around the quicklinks select lists and the font resize not working simply suggest that something has killed the javascript (specifically jQuery) from working. Once jQuery hits an error it stops processing remaining scripts. These results are typical of that.
So - if this comes down to one of those plugins then I suspect is is either - loading its own copy of jQuery or jQuery UI - and/or not using the proper WP api and protocols for doing so - and/or is not calling jQuery script functions properly.
You can check for errors using Firebug, the FF Error console or webkit script console in Safari/Chrome.
I think identifying that would be the first course of action.
