Thumbnail Image popup problem in Chrome

Couldn't decide where to put this, hope general is OK.

When using Chrome and an image thumbnail is enlarged by clicking the mouse icon, the following happens:

The images is squashed and quite obviously wrong. If the popup is closed and then opened again all is well, see the second image:

Apologies if this has already been reported but a quick search didn't bring anything up. This is reproducible on 10 different Chrome installs for different users.

I believe this is partly Chrome and partly the jQuery UI Dialog plugin that we use. But I am doing some work for the next update which might help here in working around some of these issues and I am not seeing any issue at the moment using Chrome with these changes.
