Time format in other languages?

Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to change the time format in other languages. For example, currently it shows as

"1 hour ago"

"23 minutes ago"

 

but I want to change this to other languages, like Japanese, Korean, Spanish and etc.

Well they are all in the translation file but I suspect that is not what you mean.
if you mean based on the nationality of the poster for example, then no.
