I have my timezone in Wordpress set to UTC -5 for CST.

When I post a new topic in our forum, it says it was posted 6 hours ago....is there a setting I'm not seeing in SP for another timezone?

UTC-5 is not a valid php timezone... WP should not be allowing those (but they do)... pick a real timezone and all should be well... If you want CST pick Dallas or another city in the timezone... dont use a UTC +/-...

That was easy - learn something new in WP everyday.

Thanks Papa

It is most annoying actually, WordPress continue to support the UTC settings because prior to PHP V5 that was what they used and php timezone handling was virtually useless and unhelpful.

So WP continue to allow it for backward compatibility but if you need to do anything useful or clever with timezones it is just not good enough.
