hello, is it possible to change the UTC times to Europe/Amsterdam for the forum, because i only can find UTC timezone but this is not the correct time for Europe/Amsterdam how can i fix this?

Sorry - but where do you want to change it? Although wherever it is Europe/Amsterdam IS in the list. You need to locate the 'Europe' section as those nice people at php made the list rather awkward - but it IS there.
