We are going around in circles. I know you need the libraries but the whole point of everything we have discussed is that they are not being loaded correctly using the WP api or being loaded from the WP library. Thus you have multiple copies and disparate versions which is why things do not work. This is not just an SP problem. This can effect any plugins you may want to use that rely on the jQuery libraries.

This needs to be corrected and my last suggestion should have worked.

- apologies; I will ask my developer to re-read your post. My understanding (as a non-developer) is that many libraries/calls are not being correctly loaded (&/or are being loaded multiple times) & these need fixed for SP (& could cause problems with other plugins).

That's correct. 1 - they should ALL be loaded from the wp includes script libraries and 2 - should ALL use the wp_enqueue_script() method to load them.
