Again me :)

I need to hide the login/logout buttons because I want that my users manage this only from site.

How to disable and hide them from forum page? 

Have to modify spHEAD.php theme template? or what else? and which part?

Yes you would modify the SP header file, spHead.php.

You can comment out or remove the line that displays it.

sp_LogInOutButton(....);

Or see the codex sp_LogInOutButton for more info on how it works.
