Hello,
on the recent reply widget their is too many seconds sometimes thousand where it should be replaced by minutes. Only after a few thousands seconds it is converted to minutes...

Actually - that is a minus value and you have the same problem in the forum display.

Sadly when the WP team moved to use continents/cities (made possible by the move to php 5) then decided to continue to support the old UTC settings. We think this was a mistake although the intentions were sound. But they have to manually code those values back into the select list to get them to appear!
