I searched but didn't find anyone else pointing this out so I thought I'd make a note of it here. Wasn't sure if it is theme related so feel free to move topic.
As shown in the attached screenshot, the tooltip with the excerpt of the first or last post is being hidden by the pop-up showing Most recent topics with unread posts.
Happy to test any fix... It seems the style affecting this may be "vtip" but I couldn't figure out attributes to change order of pop-up layers. Hope this makes sense!

Gosh - I thought we had fixed that. Thanks for the info.
It's the 'p#vtip' in the theme CSS file needs an extra line of z-index: 999999;
Another one I will make sure gets fixed uop in all themes for next time.

Got it. The line was there, but it only had a z-index of 9999.
