Hello,

Did an upgrade and the content of the topics seems to be gone now.  I have a list of topics still in my forums, but there is no content.

I don't even know where to begin with troubleshooting this, any ideas?

Please let me know if there is something further you need and I'll get it.

Thanks for your help,

That is strange. I don't think there were any updates to the CSS that would cause this, but have you updated your custom theme?

Do you have a link so we can take a look?

That should do it for you.

These credentials do not work for me...

But you really shouldn't publish credentials on an open site anyway. You really should PM them...

Please PM credentials to both myself, to 'Mr Papa' and to 'Ike'. Please include in the PM a link to your site, a link to this thread and brief reminder of the problem. And one of us will take a closer look for you.

OK I made that account just for this purpose but if you want to edit the info out that is fine.

So it seems that with all accounts but my admin account, I see the content of the forums if that helps.

Still blank for the admin account after clearing that.

The PM credentials are failing?

The PM'ed credentials work OK but... We can see all of the topic posts presumably because, I suppose, this is an ordinary user account.
We really need to see what is happening when logged in as you- or a user with your level of access. Is it possible to upgrade this account to that level?

I've upgraded the account to admin, however, I suspect it will work just fine as another admin has reported all is well.

The next option would either be share screens with you or give you my account.

Thanks.

I've just tried logging in and unfortunately It's still not an admin account - see in the stats section admins are still just 'Administrators: AZIIIADMIN: 12, ArizonaIII: 2'.

Sharing screens would be no good as we would need to see what is happening in the console behind the scenes so to speak..
