This has been frustrating me beyond belief...

 

The little blue popup thing when hovering over a title of a topic, and the hover toolbox thing; stopped working!!! It no longer does that; while it used to!!!!

 

I de-activated ALL plugins; and still no avail....

 

I don't know what to do.. I'm going to cry.

 

help!

cry?  nah... lets just figure out the issue...

link to site?  usually a js conflict...  though if it was working, what has changed??  wp, theme or plugin updates?
