Afraid I can still not reproduce as guest using text area editor with or without the captcha plugin active.

Also afraid this is still a unique report - you do appear to be the only user with this issue.

So - if you have tried with all plugins deactivated - what about the WP theme? Are you able to try using the WP default theme at some point? Also - can we assume you are creating new test posts each time as, if this effect is saved in the DB it will always appear no matter what...?
