the WP table prefix is defined in the wp-config.php file that was created when you first installed WP. So the one you are using will be shown in that file in the root of the website files.

I have the forum pretty much installed on the front portal. Yay! However, only one group is showing on the outside, but inside the plugin my groups are normal. What the heck!
Progress is made though.
So here in the plugin I can order all my groups and forums 
But on the outside it only shows one:

Just do a quick check to make sure the forums inside the groups are not 'Disabled' in 'Forums > Manage Groups and Forums'. If so, the group can be ordered and will appear fine on the order screen, but won't appear to anyone - even admins.
Also check over the permissions on the forum and the permission sets themselves. Although I am not sure why anything would have changed, it's worth clearing the simple stuff first!
