UGH 404 error

So why doesn't the forum appear on the page where it is supposed to be?

I was having troubles with the site.. Ended up deleting WP Super Cache. Support at Hostgator, deactivated all plugins, I reactivated. Simple:Forum is not showing up where it should be!

What should I do to fix?

sort of got that figured out.. but now the integration/permalinks wont' show me the page "forum-3"

All better. : )  Now to figure out why my tester's post never appeared..
