I was excited to see that you guys updated TinyMCE and quickly made the update this morning. When activating the plugin again (haven't had it active since the major WP update) I received the following warnings and was not able to type anything in the reply box.

Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in /problem-with-post-edit-buttonome/fiddlerm/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-editor.php on line 643

oh. darn... doesnt hurt anything - just a warning...   but looks like us keeping rows 3 and 4 empty need to be an array not a an empty string... will get it fixed up... but again, harmless as just a warning...

Mr Papa said
probably tomorrow morning (PST) time would work...  maybe 10 or so...  you dont have a deployment server?

I would check the server error logs for any php error...

as to ftp, really would only need access to the wp-content folder in the site (or if you want to be more specific wp-content/sp-resources and wp-content/plugins/simple-press)...

please make sure you have a backup of db too before turning me loose... 😉  havent screwed one up yet, but also like security blanket...

Hi Mr. Papa,

My apologies. I didn't see your availability until the date had already passed.

I've gone ahead and done the following so you can dig in and take a look when it's most convenient for you.
(1) I created an FTP account for you that has access to the full wp-content folder. I will send you the credentials to access that account via PM.

(2) I created a user account for you to access the Simple:Press forum on our development site in case you need it. I'll also PM you the credentials for the account.

(3) I reviewed the cPanel error logs, and there were no errors at all, let alone any PHP errors.

Thank you for taking the time to look over our development site to help us pinpoint the issue why the TinyMCE Editor plugin seems to completely disable our ability to add new posts, topics or even respond to a post or topic if it is enabled.

Best,

Kasey

Hi Mr. Papa,

My apologies. I thought everything was updated the other day. I must have been mistaken.

Regardless, I updated the TinyMCE Editor plugin and tested again to see if I could add a topic or respond to a post, and drat! It's still not letting me do that.

Would you mind taking another look to see if there's anything else that might be the culprit?

Thank you!

David, no, that comment was for Carlos and the warning he was receiving...  unless things head south tomorrow, I plan to look at your stuff since you remain the lone problem child here... ;)
