so first question, is wwwroot the right directory?
if so, look in wp-content/plugins/simple-press/sp-startup and see if you actually have an sp-decprecated.php file... perhaps your upload was corrupted...
was this new install or an upgrade?

So it looks like you have other files missing from the install - not just the 'sp-decprecated.php' file.
I am not really sure where you up to here. Can you give me an update? Have you ever actually managed to run the upgrade? Is anything working at all?

Yeah i have now got the upgrade to work and the forms are running again as they were i now just have an issue installing the plug in

Well those errors do suggest that you have various files missing. And we already know that at least one was.
So - how are you getting the plugin files on to your server? What method and what tool?
And - our of curiosity - how did you manage to get the upgrade to run in the end?

Hi Guys thanks for all your help it must have been a corrupted update because i notised some of the install files where diffrent from my test server and my live server i have now passed over the simple press plug in ffolder from my test to my live server and everything includeing the attachment plugin is working thanks again for all your help
