you would look at the page source and count the <link tags...

okay, so both are displaying correctly now on topic view...  but as a guest, I cannot post to see if there is issue there...  was that issue in any browser?

also, I have to ask... since your forum is seriously width limited...  why are you showing a sidebar and the only thing in the sidebar is the forum recent posts??  not sure that is any value on the forum page itself...  seems like you might be better off giving that width to the forum...

The sidebar is part of the website theme.  I didn't think I could get rid of it in the page nor no how to get rid of it.

sure you can... most decent themes these days come with multiple page templates... its built into wp to allow a page to appear on different page template... edit the wp page the forum appears on... you should be able to select a different page template, ie full width no sidebars, assuming the theme was decent enough to provide them...

if not, its pretty easy to create a custom page template yourself and we can walk you through it...

My theme comes from http://eleganthemes.com and see any specific page customization options. I'm running a child-theme on that. But surely I would appreciate any help on removing the sidebar from that specific forum page.

Ok I will PM.. I have the following CSS code #sidebar{display:none !important}  which I think I can add to the style sheet, however, I'm not sure how to make the command specific to my FORUM page.

you wont be able to do that...  as you note, cannot make it page specific... which is why you do a different custom page template and change the css class differently... ie forum-sidebar in which case you could remove... just an example, not actually the best way to do...

will look shortly...

btw, that account is NOT and sp admin... but to change your page template, only needed wp admin...

so its done... your forum is now full width...  as I said, just had to edit (or quick edit) the wp page the forum is on and select a full width template...

btw, your theme comes with 9 distinct page templates to individual customize the look of any page...

Thank you much for digging in there. it looks great.  It appears that IE is loading fine as well now and I am able to add topics and replies.  Thanks again.
