I've installed the forums and setup groups and forums but i am unable to to post anything.
When you click the "Add new topic in this forum" there is this message at the bottom of the post
"http://videogamerescue.com/forum/general-1!--BeginAttractaInclude2012-09-0505:29--scripttype='text/javascript'functionattracta_loadjs(url)(function()vars=document.createElement('script');s.type=/"
and you also get the message inside the forum "The requested topic does not exist"

Well firstly ou have a JavaScript issue with the loading of jQuery - which needs to be fixed. This codex article explains what this means and what to look for:

It looks like it is being loaded by a plugin that may have the option to turn it off.
Secondly I have no ides what 'BeginAttracta' is regarding the message you are seeing above. I would hope it means something to you - perhaps some other plugin? No ides what it is and why it is displaying messages.
I see you are also using Quick Cache. You will need to turn this off for the forum page and the plugin should have an option somewhere to exclude certain pages from being cached. The forum page is too dynamically created to cache.
So - let's see if any of that helps...

a new issue has popped up. Every time i hit reply it opens a new blank tab in Firefox

new? has something changed? wp update, plugin update, etc?
but looks to me like you are still serving cached pages:

ok just turned off the cache all together and it's still happening

you have multiple js errors being thrown on your site... so when you hit a js error, all other processing stops...
first one is quite odd:
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - http://videogamerescue.com/wp-.....ny/page.js"
not a standard place for js... I would make sure its a valid js file for your site to be running... and

so need to track those down... first I would do a quick switch to the wp default theme and see if it clears up... then try disabling plugins... assume you have a facebook plugin?
maybe go to forum - integration - page and permalink and turn on the strict wp api option...

I switched to the default and changed/turned on and off plug ins and I still have the issue

The full link? You can hover over it in post 8 and it will show up in t status barat the bottom of your browser. Or just click on it and it will show uo in the address bar.
