I thought we had knocked that damn setup_title() one on the head! I will have to look again!
But this is the error log. I was really meaning the script errors using the browser console. This WordPress page gives you a pretty good guide for doing so although the Firefox one is now out of date...

No I don't remember to be honest. Are you talking about stopping the tooltips? Which I think can be a problem on IE using Wndows 8? If so then there is a directive in the spFunctions.php of you SP theme that can control this.
