Update on regular site not showing on mobile

I recently removed a forum group on my website, however when I pull my  site up on mobile it still  shows up. This seems to only affect the Forum.

What am I missing here?

It is still showing up. I am trying to delete the Test Group/Test Forum. It does not show up on the back end but still shows up on the front.
