no... nothing to do with js... looks like corrupted file if really reboot... because it output barebones markup...
oh, wait... I see the stuff in reboot now... but I cant explain at the moment what is going on...

no... just try reuploading reboot... something very odd going on that I cannot explain... want to rule out corrupted file...

okay, I have it figured out... problem in the post rating plugin... seem to have lost a double quote... let me get a new version updated and prepped to release...

a style attribute missing a closing double quote... 
fixed and new version pushed out... you might have to clear the xml api cache to force the update to show up quickly...
