Here's the reply from my web designer about the "add topic" icon:

Hi Teresa,

 

We took a look at your problem with the icon. It's a bug in their code. We fixed their code on your site. So you should now see the 'Add Topic' icon. 

 

Here is a snippet that you can send to SimplePress so that they know what the problem was.

Look at the code that adds the icon to the output. I think this should be "$out" not "$$out"

Sure enough, the icon is now back.
